General Information
Memberships are $25.00 U.S. for 12 months. For all memberships, acceptable forms of payment include: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, U.S. check or money order.
Los Lonely Boys Fan Club was formed to bring Los Lonely Boys and their fans closer together and to provide an easy way for members to obtain Los Lonely Boys concert tickets ahead of the general public. The abuse of a fan club membership and those privileges included will not be tolerated.
- No refunds will be offered after 10 days of joining or renewing a membership. If a member has ordered tickets through Los Lonely Boys Ticketing, no refund will be offered for the membership.
- Only one membership is allowed per person. If multiple memberships are found for one person, these memberships will be canceled without a refund.
- Memberships may not be sold and/or transferred. If a member is found to be selling his/her membership, the membership(s) will be canceled without a refund.
- Tickets purchased through the fan club are intended for personal use by the member. Musictoday strictly prohibits the resale of any tickets obtained through this site for more than the purchase price. If you are found to be or we in good faith believe you are reselling, trading or brokering tickets for profit that you purchased through this site, we may at our sole discretion cancel your fan club membership and other fan club memberships in your name managed by Musictoday. We may, at our sole discretion, cancel all or part of your ticket order and all or part of other pending orders in your name and/or put all or part of your orders and all or part of your other pending orders in your name at will-call for pick-up only by you. If we cancel your membership, you will not receive a refund for the membership fee. If we cancel your tickets, a refund of the total face value of the tickets minus a $7 per ticket processing fee will be issued to the card used to place the order. No other service, processing or shipping fees charged at the time of purchase will be refunded. If tickets are placed at will-call, only the person whose name is on the order can pick them up. No will-call name changes will be allowed. We reserve the right to investigate, cancel, or will call all orders we in good faith suspect to be in violation of this policy. We reserve the right to cancel all memberships we in good faith suspect to be in violation of this policy. We are the final authority on the interpretation of the rules in this policy.
- Members are responsible for updating their information with Los Lonely Boys Fan Club. This can be done at any time by clicking on the "Member Info" link after login.
- Members who join before or during an active ticketing request period will still be eligible to order tickets to the shows featured in that request period. Once a ticketing request period is no longer active, any members who join Los Lonely Boys Fan Club will not be eligible to order tickets until the next ticketing request period commences.
- By joining, fan club members will receive emails updating them on news, tour information and fan club promotions. Email is the primary source by which we communicate with members and thus any member that does not want to receive email updates must opt-out by contacting Musictoday customer service at LLBCareTeam@musictoday.com.

Please click on the "join" link on the left to join on line. You will receive a confirmation recognizing your date of membership as soon as we receive payment. The sooner you join, the earlier your membership will be dated

How To Renew
It is the member's responsibility to renew within the given 30-day grace period. No exceptions will be made after the 30-day grace period has ended. Memberships are not automatically renewed. Los Lonely Boys Fan Club does not keep credit card information on file and will not accept requests for automatic annual renewal of memberships.
To renew your membership please login to the fan club website using your username and password and then click on the renew membership link at the top of the home page. The renew membership link will not appear until 30 days before your membership is set to expire.

Gift Membership Cancellation Policy
Gift Memberships must be activated, by the recipient, within 30 days of purchase. Gift receivers may do so by logging on to the activation site provided in the gift receipt email. All gift receivers have 10 days from the day they activate the gift membership to choose to cancel their membership for a full refund. All refunds will be credited to the original credit card used to purchase the membership.

Legal Policies
Taping
Los Lonely Boys, in most cases, will allow live audio recording of their performances with a few noted restrictions; direct inputs through the soundboard are not allowed and all recordings of any kind are strictly to be used for personal entertainment only and not for personal gain. Still photography, as well as video-taping, is generally permitted at most shows; however, professional still and video cameras (generally those with detachable lenses), unless accompanied by official band or venue issued photo credentials will be turned away at the door. The possibility always exists that a venue or event may have strict standard protocols that restrict taping or filming of any kind in which case, all other policies will be overruled. Most festival and multi-bill situations will NOT allow taping or shooting of any kind due to possible conflicts amongst each performing artists’ standards in such cases.

All audio and video performances belong to Los Lonely Boys and are not available for promotional use without the explicit prior written consent of Art Attack Promotions. Please read our Bootleg Statement for more information.

Bootleg Statement
A notice to Los Lonely Boys fans about Bootleg Recordings, Television and Radio Broadcasts:
The proliferation of commercial resale of concert recordings has become a concern to Los Lonely Boys . Commercial bootlegs are not only excessively priced and of inferior quality, but primarily, they are illegal in use. We turn to you to assist us with putting a stop to this illicit use of Los Lonely Boys ' music. If you see Los Lonely Boys music being used in a questionable manner, we ask you to notify us by fax. Please provide the date, time, station, program name and song used. And don't forget, the battle against bootleggers is an ongoing one. We still encourage you to fax us the name and locations of any retailers or distributors of bootleg CD's along with the titles and quantities in stock. With your help we can stop the flood of illegal recordings and preserve the integrity of Los Lonely Boys ' work. We can be reached by fax at 434-951-0298. Thanks.
